I THINK ALIENATED FANS AS WELL BY THE WAY HE TREATED TEBOW...making people think Tebow was going to make it,& then cutting him at the last moment (although from an alternative perspective,he was the only one to give Tebow a chance; albeit one must wonder if Kelly actually did give Tebow a chance,or if he (Kelly) had no actual intention of keeping Tebow at all; which raises the question why invite Tebow to try-out? Just for media buzz? :
